招商银行、金融界、橙天娱乐、百丽鞋业、雅戈尔、纳爱斯……这些香港人可能还感到陌生的内地消费品牌,正冲击着香港商界的神经。历史上,中移动、中国电信、华润、中信这些大牌国企曾在香港掀起过一浪浪红筹国企热,而这一轮内地消费品牌登陆香港,却是以市场化、控制性并购手段为特点。可以预计,在香港回归的下一个十年,香港企业将加速与内地经济的一体化进程。
