本实验观察了人参多糖对X射线照射小鼠骨髓细胞染色体和造血干、祖细胞的影响。结果表明:人参多糖对受不同剂量X射线照射小鼠骨髓CFU—S和CFU—GM均有显著的保护作用,3.0Gy X射线照射后7天,人参多糖组小鼠骨髓CFU—S和CFU-GM仍高于对照组。同时发现,人参多糖对X射线诱发的染色体畸变率有明显的降低作用。
This experiment was conducted to observe the effects of ginseng polysaccharides on the chromosome and hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells of X-ray irradiated mouse bone marrow cells. The results showed that ginseng polysaccharides had significant protective effects on CFU-S and CFU-GM in bone marrow of mice irradiated with different doses of X-rays. After 7 days of 3.0Gy X-irradiation, CFU-S and CFU in bone marrow of ginseng polysaccharide group were observed. GM is still higher than the control group. At the same time, it was found that ginseng polysaccharides significantly reduce the X-ray induced chromosomal aberrations.
