药膳是根据祖国医药学基础理论及方剂组成原则,把药物、食物与调料科学结合,通过我国特有的烹饪技艺精心制作而成的医疗保健食品。此类食品,取药物之性,用食物之味,食借药力,药助食功,相辅相成,既具有强身健体、防治疾病、美容减肥、抗老延龄的药用功效,又具有诱发食欲、易于消化、富有营养、果腹充饥的食用价值,是我国医药学与烹饪学两门学科边缘结合的一颗璀灿明珠。 Medicinal diet is based on the basic theory of the motherland medicine and the principles of formula composition, combining medicine, food and seasoning science, and through the unique cooking techniques of our country.
