用7个同核异质不育系及其保持系,分别与2个恢复系配组成14个aF_1和2个bF_1为材料,测定了它们花药中17种结合氨基酸的含量。结果表明:1.凡育性可被恢复的不育系,花药中的天冬氨酸和蛋氨酸的含量相当于保持系的2.7~3.8倍和1.3~2.0倍,其它氨基酸的含量,除野汕A的胱氨酸外,则均低于保持系,相当于保持系的9.2%~87.5%之间。2.育性不能被恢复的隆汕A,花药中除天冬氨酸的含量高于保持系,其它氨基酸均低于保持系,但其中有12种氨基酸的含量较明显地高于育性可被恢复的aF_1。3.花药中脯氨酸、胱氨酸、蛋氨酸是和雄配子育性转换密切相关的3种氨基酸,当其含量偏低甚至缺失时,则雄配子败育,反之,当其恢复到接近正常含量时,则败育的雄配子转换为可育。
Seven isoforms of heterogenous male sterile lines and their maintainer lines were used to establish 14 aF_1 and two bF_1 lines with two restorer lines respectively.
