内燃机车的传动方式虽然是内燃机车本身的一个技术性问题,但是它涉及到内燃机车发展的全局,也直接关系到铁路工业系统内几个大工厂的生产布局。在内燃机车工业的调整、改革、整顿、提高时期,我们想就此问题谈几点意见,并提供一些试验数据,以供参考。我们认为,应该继续贯彻执行好电力传动与液力传动并举这一经过实践证明是行之有效,并切合我国国情的技术发展方针。电力传动是要积极发展的,目前的工作重点是进一步提高电机、电器的可靠性与耐久性,这点各方面的意见是一致的。因此,这里我们主要阐述为什么也应同时积极发展液力传动的理由。
Although the transmission mode of a diesel locomotive is a technical issue of the diesel locomotive itself, it relates to the overall development of the diesel locomotive and also directly relates to the production layout of several large factories in the railway industrial system. In the period of adjustment, reform, rectification and improvement of the diesel locomotive industry, we would like to make a few comments on this issue and provide some experimental data for reference. In our opinion, we should continue to implement the technical development guideline that both electric transmission and hydraulic transmission should be carried out simultaneously, which has been proved to be effective and in line with China’s national conditions. Power transmission is to actively develop, the current focus of work is to further improve the reliability and durability of the motor, electrical appliances, which views are consistent in all aspects. Therefore, here we mainly explain why we should also actively develop the reasons for hydraulic transmission.
