一、问题的提出 原来某型发动机的工厂试车要求在磨合运转后,于规定的物理转速(n=11560转/分)下测取发动机涡轮后T_9温度;在给定的换算转速(n_(np)=11560转/分)下测取发动机的换算性能参数,如推力、燃油消耗率、涡轮后T_4温度等。同样,检验试车也要求在物理转速下检查其它有关参数,在换算转速下测取发动机的换算性能参数。这就要求试车工序分成两步进行。工厂试车运转程序例见表1。
