本文从菲涅尔公式出发,给出了SPR传感器中金属膜光学参数的确定方法。并以此为基础测定了水,乙醇,氯仿,甘油的折射率。
In this paper, starting from the Fresnel formula, given SPR sensor metal film optical parameters to determine the method. Based on this, the refractive indices of water, ethanol, chloroform and glycerin were measured.
