实现国有企业战略性结构调整是国有企业改革的中心内容。而以资本为纽带 ,大力发展资本市场 ,对推动其结构调整意义十分重大。依托资本市场推动国有企业战略性结构调整的主要内容包括 :( 1)重组国有企业 ;( 2 )优化企业结构 ;( 3)健全融资渠道 ;( 4 )实施资本运营 ,强化资本运作的力度与技巧。
Realizing the strategic structural adjustment of state-owned enterprises is the centerpiece of the reform of state-owned enterprises. Taking capital as a link, vigorously developing the capital market is of great significance to promoting structural adjustment. The main contents of relying on the capital market for the strategic restructuring of state-owned enterprises include: (1) reorganization of state-owned enterprises; (2) optimization of enterprise structure; (3) improvement of financing channels; (4) implementation of capital operation and enhancement of capital operation and skills .
