本文主要研究多功能光电检测系统在机械制造业中,对回转体零件尺寸,形状误差检测的理论与应用。讨论了激光扫描检测技术与光栅位移检测技术的有机结合,通过微机控制,实现回转体零件的径向、轴向尺寸及形位误差的自动检测。本系统是光学、激光、精密机械、电子学、自动控制和计算机等多学科、多领域的高科技产物。它具有多功能、高速、高精度、外接触的特点。因此,具有广泛的应用前景。
This paper mainly studies the theory and application of multifunctional photoelectric detection system in the mechanical manufacturing industry to detect the size and shape error of the rotating body parts. The organic combination of laser scanning detection technology and grating displacement detection technology is discussed. The radial, axial dimension and shape error of the rotating body parts are automatically detected by computer control. The system is optical, laser, precision machinery, electronics, automatic control and computer multi-disciplinary, multi-field high-tech products. It has multi-purpose, high-speed, high-precision, external contact characteristics. Therefore, it has a wide range of applications.
