园长在工作中的影响力包括权力性影响力和非权力性影响力。前者是由上级行政部门赋予个人的职务、地位、权力等带来的。目前幼儿园对人的管理过多地运用了这种影响力。它对教职工的影响带有强制性和不可抗拒性,被领导者的心理和行为就表现为被动、屈服。特别是有些园长过分使用这种影响力,就会出现滥用权力的现象,它将大大削弱管理效果。针对这种情况,园长应多采用非权力性影响力,来协调职工间的关系及园长与下属的关系。
The influence of headmaster in the work includes power influence and non-power influence.
