在企业管理工作中,对人力资源的管理可以说是企业的关键问题。在知识充沛,高新人才越来越多的时代背景下,企业只有做好对人力资源的管理才能够有效实现企业目标,树立良好企业文化,实现企业更好更快发展。人力资源管理工作应该逐渐改变传统管理模式,利用新的管理办法促进人力资源管理工作,在此基础上提高企业用人、作业的效力。本文旨在对企业人力资源管理的发展趋势进行分析。
In business management, the management of human resources can be said that the key issue for the enterprise. Under the background of abundant knowledge and high-tech talent, the enterprise can effectively achieve its business goals only by doing a good job of human resource management, establish a good corporate culture and achieve a better and faster development of the enterprise. Human resources management should gradually change the traditional management mode, use new management methods to promote human resources management, and on this basis, improve the effectiveness of employing and operating enterprises. This article aims to analyze the development trend of human resource management in enterprises.
