尽管围绕央企股权激励存在重重争议,但央企要参与市场化竞争,对此的探索必然不能止步背景前不久,中国北车公布了股票期权激励计划草案,计划向343名公司高管、核心人员授予股票期权,2012年首次授予股票期权总数为8603.7万股,占公司目前股本总额(103.2亿股)的0.83%。随后,具有央企背景的中航电测也拟推股权激励。一时间,“央企股权激励”这个敏感举措再次招来热议。目前,中国上市公司掀起股权激励高潮,但其中鲜有央企身影。在推行股权激励的A股上市公司中,八成以上为民营企业,地方国资控股企业占比不到10%,央企更低于6%。而2012年上半年,截至6月7日已经有40家上市公司公布股权激励草案,另有59家公司已将计划付诸实施。
