韩国自1998年开始实施的《外国人投资促进法》为韩国的招商引资做出了巨大贡献。本文着重对该法及韩国的投资环境作了简要介绍,其目的一是为逐步完善我国的外商投资法律制度提供某种借鉴;二是给中国的相关企业提供一个认识、了解韩国投资法律的机会,以便加快我国的海外投资进程。
The Foreigner Investment Promotion Act, which has been implemented in Korea since 1998, has made a tremendous contribution to South Korea’s investment promotion.
