‘跨越式’跳高是小学三年级第一次接触到的新教材;难度大,学生不易掌握。那么如何有针对性地对学生进行‘跨越式’跳高技术的传授呢?我在主教材前面安排了辅助性练习。如首先进行(右)正踢腿练习,接着做左(右)侧摆腿练习。为帮助学生解决好蹬地的腿部力量,练习时,可用皮筋横挂在排球网柱上,皮筋上悬挂着各色气球大约15~20个左右。然后分组进行脚踢、头顶、手摸高挂气球练习。皮筋悬挂高度分别为脚踢时80厘米~1米;头顶时1米30~1米50厘米;手摸时1米70~2米。皮筋高度视全班身高平均数随时进行调
