以“课程改革与语文高考”为主题的“2005文化神州语文教育论坛”于2005年3月26、27日在沪举行。此次会议由北京大学、北京师范大学等十多所高校的语文教育研究所(中心)联合发起,华东师范大学语文教育研究中心承办。华东师范大学语文教育研究中心曾在2004年“语文之星”夏令营期间承办过首届“文化神州语文教育论坛”,专题讨论了社会转型与语文课程改革问题,这是继上次会议之后又一次关于语文教育的峰会。参加本次论坛的有:北京大学、北京师范大学、华东师范大学、华中师范大学、华南师范大学、天津师范大学、福建师范大学、四川师范大学、海南师范大学等10余所高校的代表,来自山东、海南和广东等实验区的代表,上海教育考试院的代表以及新闻出版单位的代表。论坛本着自由、宽松、高效、务实的原则,提出了很多建设性的意见。北京大学中文系主任温儒敏率先发言,就“课程改革与语文高考”的主题发表了自己的看法,并呼吁有更多的人、把更多的精力投入到语文教育这一“功德无量”的事业中来。之后,与会代表纷纷发表了自己的见解。代表们的意见主要集中在以下6个方面:第一,对高考制度的总体认同;第二,对高考作用的充分强调;第三,语文高考应以“语文素养”立意;第四,加强对试卷改革的探索,对高考试卷的具体题型,代表们认为,作文应该是检测语文水平的重要手段,要客观地评价客观性试题,要重视主观题的改进空间,要慎重选择选修课考试形式;第五,建立一支相对稳定的高质量的命题和阅卷队伍;第六,消解高校语文教学的边缘化倾向。
The 2005 Cultural Shenzhou Language Education Forum with the theme of “Curriculum Reform and Chinese Language College Entrance Examination” was held in Shanghai on March 26 and 27, 2005. Participate in this forum are: Peking University, Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Central China Normal University, South China Normal University, Tianjin Normal University, Fujian Normal University, Sichuan Normal University, Hainan Normal University, more than 10 colleges and universities from the representatives from Shandong, Hainan and Guangdong, the representative of the experimental area, the Shanghai Education Examination Institute representatives and press and publication units. The forum has put forward many constructive suggestions based on the principles of freedom, easiness, efficiency and pragmatism. Wen Rumin, director of Chinese Department of Peking University, took the lead in speaking out and expressed his own views on the theme of “Curriculum Reform and Chinese Entrance Examination” and called for more people to devote more energy to the “merit-free” cause of Chinese education Come in. After that, delegates have expressed their own views. The opinions of the deputies mainly focus on the following six aspects: First, the overall approval of the college entrance examination system; second, full emphasis on the role of the college entrance examination; Third, the Chinese college entrance examination should be “language literacy” conception; Fourth, to strengthen Examination of the reform of the papers on the college entrance examination papers specific questions, the delegates believe that the composition should be an important means of testing the language proficiency, objective evaluation of objective questions, attention should be paid to improve the space for subjective questions, we must carefully choose the elective exam form Fifth, to establish a relatively stable high-quality proposition and marking team; Sixth, to eliminate the marginalization of Chinese teaching in colleges and universities.
