一、前言数字打印机的功能就是快速准确地将各种数据自动记录下来,以供研究和保存。数字打印机的问世减轻了人们繁重的手工劳动。因而有利于工业自动化的发展。随着科学技术不断的进步,小型数字打印机也得到了迅速的发展和广泛的应用。打印机的发展过程大致分为以下几个阶段。 1.最初打印机的印字机头的机械结构采用字锤撞击式。其电气部分使用分立元件。因此整机笨重、噪声大,耗电多、字符种类少,通用性差,造价高等缺点。 2.由于集成电路的出现,缩小了打印机的体积,功能也有所提高。同时在印字机头的机械结构上又采用了字轮式(有并行字轮式和串行字轮式)。也有的采用放电式印字的方式。这样,噪声及功耗也相应的减少了。
