目的:探讨不同诱发电位评价猴实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(experimentalallergicencephalomyelitis,EAE)的价值。方法:选择5年前制作的8只EAE猴为实验组,另选13正常猴作对照组,分别进行脑干听觉诱发电位(brainstemauditoryevokedpotential,BAEP)、脑干三叉神经诱发电位(brainstemtrigeminalevokedpotential,BTEP)、体感诱发电位(somatosensoryevokedpotential,SEP)检测。结果:EAE猴BAEP的Ⅲ-Ⅴ峰间期为(3.0±0.63)ms,BTEP的T1-T7、T3-T7峰间期为(2.53±0.67)、(1.68±0.37)ms,SEP的P40-N21峰间期为(13.38±3.61)ms,BAEP、BTEP及SEP各波峰间期与对照组相比明显延长。BAEP、BTEP、BAEP+BTEP及下肢SEP检查EAE猴异常率分别是50%,50%,62%及81%。结论:BAEP,BTEP,SEP都可以检出EAE猴中枢神经系统的损害,其中下肢SEP阳性率最高,BAEP和BTEP联合检查可使阳性率增高。
Objective: To investigate the value of different evoked potentials in the evaluation of experimental experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE). Methods: Eight EAE monkeys made 5 years ago were selected as the experimental group and 13 normal monkeys were selected as the control group. The brainstem induced evoked potential (BAEP), brainstem trigeminalevoked potential (BTEP) Somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) test. Results: The peak period of Ⅲ-Ⅴ of EAEP monkey BAEP was (3.0 ± 0.63) ms. The peak interval of T1-T7 and T3-T7 of BTEP was (2.53 ± 0.67) ms and (1.68 ± 0.37) ms respectively. N21 peak interval (13.38 ± 3.61) ms, BAEP, BTEP and SEP peak interval significantly prolonged compared with the control group. BAEP, BTEP, BAEP + BTEP and lower extremity SEP abnormalities in EAE monkeys were 50%, 50%, 62% and 81%, respectively. Conclusion: BAEP, BTEP and SEP can detect the central nervous system damage in EAE monkeys. The positive rate of SEP in the lower extremities is highest, and the positive rate of BAEP and BTEP can be increased.
