为了解不同年限(3、6、9、15年)及不同种植期(定植期、坐果期、盛果期、拉秧期)的设施棚室土壤微生物对碳源利用的变化趋势,对土壤理化性质和土壤微生物碳源利用进行了检测分析。结果表明:种植年限增加导致棚室土壤pH约降低0.52,土壤可溶性盐分、总磷及总碳随着棚龄增加逐渐累积。不同棚龄土壤中,9年棚室微生物碳源代谢活性最高,15年棚室有所下降,但差别不显著。与不同棚龄棚室土壤代谢差异显著相关的碳源有15种。不同种植期土壤样本中,微生物群落对各类碳源代谢均呈现坐果期最强,拉秧期最弱的特征,并且差异显著,与其代谢差异显著相关的碳源19种。
In order to understand the changing trend of carbon source utilization of soil microorganisms in greenhouse with different years (3, 6, 9 and 15 years) and different planting periods (planting stage, fruit setting stage, fruit stage and seedling stage) Nature and soil microbial carbon sources were tested. The results showed that the increase of planting years resulted in the decrease of soil pH by about 0.52, and the accumulation of soil soluble salt, total phosphorus and total carbon with the increase of shelf age. In different age soils, the metabolic activity of microbial carbon in 9-year greenhouses was the highest, while that of greenhouses decreased in 15 years, but the difference was not significant. There were 15 carbon sources that were significantly correlated with soil metabolism differences in different shelters. In different soil samples from different planting periods, the microbial community showed the strongest fruit setting stage and the weakest stage in seedling stage for all kinds of carbon sources, with significant differences, and 19 carbon sources were significantly correlated with their metabolic differences.
