为更好地衡量科技期刊质量,将灰色系统理论中的关联度分析法引入科技期刊的综合评价工作中。文章介绍了灰色关联度分析法的基本原理,选取了相关的参数因子,以部分scI和EI检索系统收录的国内外光学期刊为例,以各期刊的多项引证指标为基础数据,计算了各期刊的关联度系数,分析了国内外光学期刊影响因子与关联度系数的比较结果。结果表明,灰色系统理论中的关联度分析法可以全面完善科技期刊的评价方法。
In order to better measure the quality of sci-tech periodicals, the relevance analysis method in gray system theory is introduced into the comprehensive evaluation of sci-tech periodicals. This paper introduces the basic principle of gray relational analysis and selects related parameter factors. Taking the domestic and foreign optical journals included in some scI and EI retrieval systems for example, taking the various citation indexes of each periodical as the basic data, Periodical correlation coefficient, analyzed the comparison between domestic and foreign optical journals impact factor and relevance coefficient. The results show that the method of relevance analysis in gray system theory can comprehensively improve the evaluation method of sci-tech periodicals.
