体内试验表明,Cn80-2菌丝体注射剂对多种动物移植性肿瘤有显著的抑制作用,每天ip20~25mg/kg,连续7~10天,对白血病L_(1210)、P_(988),以及Lewis肺癌有明显抑制效应,但是对小鼠艾氏腹水癌及肉瘤180无效。在体外试验,Cn80-2对人子宫颈癌Hela细胞有直接杀伤作用,IC_(50)为1.25mg/ml,经该药处理的Hela细胞的活体成癌率显著降低。放射自显影试验表明,Cn80-2抑制〔~3H〕TdR掺入,提示癌细胞的DNA合成受抑制。
In vivo tests showed that Cn80-2 mycelium injection had a significant inhibitory effect on a variety of animal transplanted tumors, ip 20-25 mg/kg per day for 7-10 days, for leukemia L 1210, P 988, and Lewis lung cancer has a significant inhibitory effect, but does not respond to Ehrlich ascites carcinoma and sarcoma 180 in mice. In vitro, Cn80-2 had a direct killing effect on human cervical cancer HeLa cells with an IC50 of 1.25 mg/ml, and the cancer-bearing rate of Hela cells treated with this drug was significantly reduced. Autoradiographic assays have shown that Cn80-2 inhibits [~3H]TdR incorporation, suggesting that DNA synthesis in cancer cells is inhibited.
