我国中等职教师资培养和培训体制制约着我国职业教育的发展,应从以下方面着手解决这一问题:制定职教师资培养和培训方面的法规或条例;建立主动适应市场经济需要的机制;加大宣传和实施教师资格制度;借鉴和吸收国外职教师资培养和培训体制的先进经验。
