Liposomes are self-assembly lipid bilayer membranes, they are considered as the most ideal bio-membrane model [1].Human serum albumin (HSA) is an important protein in human plasma which plays a crucial role in the transport and it can interact with different kinds of biological molecules [2], such as bio-membrane.Study of the interactions between HSA and liposomes may provide some potential basis for signal transduction and disease diagnosis. As an analytical technology, capillary electrophoresis (CE) has been widely used to investigate the interaction of biomolecules such as antibody-antigen and protein-drug interactions [3, 4].
