　　Trace analytes determination by capillary electrophoresis requires their prior extraction from the sample matrix and preconcentration.Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) and matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) methods have proved effective alternatives for excluding interferences and preconcentration purposes.1) DLLME coupled with capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE) method was developed to determine 5 sulfonamides in water samples.Experimental design was used to assist to find the optimum extraction conditions; 2) Molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) as selective MSPD sorbents coupled with micellar electrokinetic chromatography (MEKC) was developed and successfully applied for simultaneous determination of 4 triazines in soil, fruits and vegetables samples.And experimental design was used to assist to find the optimum separation conditions.
