第四代口服避孕药物屈螺酮，是螺内酯的类似物，具有抗盐皮质激素和抗雄性激素的活性。其药理作用类似天然孕酮，有可靠的避孕效果，除此之外，还能对一些妇科疾病如经前期综合征、多囊卵巢综合症等有很好的预防和改善的作用，也可以用来缓解钠水潴留、治疗痤疮等[1]。
