根据规范(TJl7—74) 第85条要求,“焊缝的布置应尽可能对称于构件重心”。即焊缝的重心与构件的重心相重合,其分配系数见表1。由于结构设计制作等原因,造成节点的焊缝分配并不符合表1要求,在目前尚无资料可循情况下,为鉴定节点焊缝承载力,我们做了二组试件进行对比试验。一、试件设计1. 第一组试件尺寸(图1),h_f=6mm。2. 第二组试件尺寸(图2),h_f=5mm。试件钢材为A3,焊条为T422。二、试验结果(见表2、表3) 第一组试件试验结果,平均破坏荷载分别是502.3kN及515.7kN。焊缝未破坏,角钢失稳,焊缝潜力较大,杆件的稳定是重要控制因素。
According to the requirements of Article 85 of the specification (TJl 7-74), “the arrangement of the welds should be as symmetrical as possible with the center of gravity of the components.” That is, the center of gravity of the weld coincides with the center of gravity of the component, and its distribution coefficient is shown in Table 1. Due to structural design and other reasons, the joint’s weld distribution did not meet the requirements of Table 1. In the absence of current data, in order to identify the bearing capacity of joint welds, we made two sets of test specimens for comparative tests. First, the test piece design 1. The first set of test piece size (Figure 1), h_f = 6mm. 2. The size of the second set of specimens (Figure 2), h_f = 5mm. The test piece steel was A3 and the electrode was T422. Second, the test results (see Table 2, Table 3) The first group of test results, the average failure load were 502.3kN and 515.7kN. Welds are not damaged, angle steel is unstable, weld potential is great, and stability of the rod is an important control factor.
