为了解决深孔磨削砂轮杆滚动轴承寿命短、抗震性能差,和进一步提高深孔磨削的质量,近两年来,我厂有关车间、科室的工人、技术人员、领导干部三结合,对液体静压轴承砂轮杆进行了试验研究,并取得了初步效果。从目前试验的情况看,磨削光洁度可由原来的▽6、▽7提高到▽8,有的达▽9,并基本上消除了磨削表面的螺旋波纹;提高粗磨和精磨效率2~3倍,并使后续工序珩磨效率提高5倍左右。一、静压砂轮杆的结构与设计我们曾试制了两种型号的深孔磨削静压砂轮杆,分别采用四支点单列油腔和五支点双列
