一、前言将现有中压冷凝机组改为在采暖期低真空运行,利用排汽的汽化潜热加热热网用水,实现循环水供热,在我国东北一些城市相继试运成功,几年来收到了较好的经济效果。有些电厂正在改造或计划进行改造。对冷凝机组低真空运行的经济效益分析,目前多采用基于热力学第一定律的热量法(或称热效率法),且结论性意见比较一致。但也有人提出用热力学第二定律分析,并得出与热量法相反的意见,从而在这个问题上引起争
