凝汽器真空是汽轮发电机组运行的最重要指标之一,真空低将明显提高热力循环的冷源温度,降低循环效率,导致主蒸汽能源利用效率降低,同时,会引起排汽缸发生较大的热膨胀,对机组的安全性产生不利影响。文中通过对扬子石化热电厂型号相同、在同一循环水管路上的#5、6机组进行对比试验,计算出相关因素对机组真空的影响程度,分析出凝汽器铜管结垢严重是#5机组真空低的主要原因,提出了改进#5机组真空低的有关措施与建议。
