发展职业技术教育,是实现社会主义现代化的一项具有战略意义的基础建设,它关系着国家经济建设的效益和发展速度。中专在同类职业技术教育中起着骨干作用,标志着我国中等职业技术教育的水平,影响到我国职业技术教育的发展。因此,需要建设一支思想素质好,业务水平高,实践能力强,结构合理,与发展相适应的师资队伍。
The development of vocational and technical education is a strategic infrastructure for realizing socialist modernization. It is related to the efficiency and speed of development of the country’s economy. The technical secondary school plays a key role in similar vocational and technical education, marking the level of secondary vocational and technical education in our country and affecting the development of vocational and technical education in our country. Therefore, we need to build a contingent of teachers with good ideological qualities, high professional standards, strong practical ability, reasonable structure and adaptability to development.
