在成型电加工机床上使用微机将是发展方向,特别是单板机的单坐标控制系统,具有投资少,效果明显,适于我国国情。从1983年底开始我们开展了这项工作的研究。到目前为止已初步完成。下面分四个部分来介绍研究情况。一、设计思想及研制方案根据单板机的特点和目前成型电加工工艺中迫切希望解决的问题,提出了三个研究目标:(一)发挥微机计算速度高和存贮容量大的特点,提高机床的自动化程度和适应能力。(二)在高效率的前提下,提高加工过程的稳定性和可靠性。例如遇到拉弧这类异常
