因人而异、因材施教是提高创新教学策略质量的关键,新课程标准的实施,对小学数学教师在课堂中实施教学活动策略的要求更高。为此,本文以小学数学学科特点及小学生数学学习特点为基础,从培养学生问题意识、激发学生学习兴趣、促进学生课堂参与两个方面提出促进小学数学教学的策略,并加以交叉灵活运用,以形成优势互补。
Depending on the individual, teaching in accordance with their aptitude is the key to improving the quality of innovative teaching strategies.
