所谓档案馆精神,指的是在档案馆实践活动中产生的,为档案人所持有的,或追求其所认同并自认为理想的且努力传播的共同价值观及其体系。这有两方面的含义,一方面,档案馆精神作为一种观念被档案人内化为自己的价值取向和精神气质,在档案馆的生存和发展中起着激发、涵化、凝聚和定向的作用;另一方面,作为一种自觉的文化精神,可以全方位、多角度地辐射到社会中去,对人们对档案馆的认
The so-called archives spirit refers to the common values and their systems that are produced in the practice activities of the archives and held by the archivists, or pursued and accepted by the archivists and deemed as ideal and endeavored to spread. This has two meanings.
