本文基于DEA-Malmquist指数法,测算了2010-2014年我国绿色创新效率并分析其地区差异。研究表明:2010-2014年间,我国工业绿色创新总体上是相对有效的,呈现出先上升后下降的趋势;绿色创新效率均值最高的省(区、市)是北京市,最低的是海南省。八大经济区中,东部沿海经济区绿色创新效率最高,南部沿海经济区最低,区域差异明显。
Based on the DEA-Malmquist index method, this paper estimates the efficiency of China’s green innovation from 2010 to 2014 and analyzes its regional differences. The results show that: from 2010 to 2014, China’s industrial green innovation is generally relatively effective, showing a trend of first rising and then decreasing; the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) with the highest average green innovation efficiency are Beijing and the lowest is Hainan. Among the eight major economic zones, the green innovation efficiency of eastern and eastern coastal economic zones is the highest, the southern coastal economic zone is the lowest, and the regional differences are obvious.
