一、发斑(过敏性紫癜) 曾××,男,17岁,未婚,学生。1974年1月26日入院。患者于1月上旬因发热、咳嗽,某医院诊为上呼吸道感染,用氯霉素治疗四天,每日1.5克,渐愈。但至1月12日突然出现腹痛,两下肢踝关节周围发现多处皮下出血点,继则出现呕吐,1月19日开始大便出血,腹部呈阵发性绞痛,住某职工医院治疗。住院期间经请某地区医院会诊,诊断
