双曝光全息干涉法对测量物体离面位移分量较敏感,双曝光散斑干涉法对测量物体面内位移分量较敏感。可以设想,全息干涉法和散斑干涉法的综合应用将是测量物体三维位移场和解决实际问题的一种行之有效的方法。 本文针对平面磨削测力仪,就这两种技术各种不同的综合方式进行了多次反复的试验,提出了不同轴型综合法。此方法对工程实际问题中三维位移分量的测试是比较方便的,测量精度也能满足工程需要。
Double-exposure holographic interferometry is more sensitive to measuring the displacement of the object from the plane, and the double-exposure speckle interferometry is more sensitive to the in-plane displacement of the object. It is conceivable that the holistic interferometry and speckle interferometry will be an effective method to measure 3D displacement field and solve practical problems. In this paper, aiming at the surface grinding dynamometer, many kinds of repeated tests have been carried out on various kinds of comprehensive methods of these two kinds of technologies, and the different shaft type synthesis method has been put forward. This method is more convenient for the test of three-dimensional displacement component in practical engineering problems, and the measurement accuracy can meet the needs of the project.
