学习苏联先进的教学经验,逐步提高教学质量,是当前每个教育工作者的一项重要任务。现在很多学校都已开始重视这项工作,有些教师并且已能把学到的先进教学经验运用到实际工作中去,因而使教学质量有了一定程度的提高。这是好的一面。但是有部份教师由于在学习观点和学习方法上,还存在一些问题,使教学改进流于形式,具体表现在不重视备课工作和机械的运用教学环节以及不能正确的掌握五级制记分标准等方面,这都严重的阻碍了教学质量的提高。
Learning the advanced teaching experience of the Soviet Union and gradually improving the quality of teaching are an important task for every educator at present. Nowadays, many schools have begun to attach importance to this work. Some teachers have been able to apply the advanced teaching experience they learned to their practical work, thus improving the quality of teaching to a certain extent. This is a good side. However, some teachers have some problems in their learning attitudes and learning methods, which make the teaching reform mend in a form. The specific performance does not attach importance to the preparatory work and the mechanical teaching and can not correctly grasp the five-grade score standard This has seriously hindered the improvement of teaching quality.
