本文围绕专业技术干部继续教育学分登记项目的设置与确定,立足于通过内涵创新推动制度创新, 按照多指标综合评价的思路,提出了专业技术干部继续教育学分登记项目指标体系,并得到了专业技术干部的广 泛认同、认可。依据上述结论构建的专业技术干部继续教育学分登记项目指标体系及其确定的专业技术干部继续 教育学分登记项目,为增强专业技术干部继续教育学分制度的科学性、可信性、可操作性提供了定性定量的支撑。 本刊认为,本文提出的继续教育学分登记项目指标体系模型,对于继续教育质量控制与评价机制的建立具有重要 的指导意义。
