前不久,国家经贸委与国家计委、人民银行、工商银行组成联合调查组,赴江苏省、浙江省和上海市,就当前国有企业流动资金和乡镇企业流动资金情况进行了调研。在此期间,他们分别同两省一市和南京、无锡、苏州、吴江、杭州、太仓等市经委(计经委)、乡镇企业局、银行及部分国有企业和乡镇企业的厂长(经理)进行了座谈,分析了当前企业流动资金紧张状况的原因,并提出了一些对策建议,可供我们参考。
Not long ago, the State Economic and Trade Commission formed a joint investigation team with the State Development Planning Commission, the People’s Bank of China, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and went to Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province, and Shanghai Municipality to conduct research on the current state-owned enterprises’ liquidity and the flow of funds from rural enterprises. During this period, they respectively worked with the two provinces and cities, and the directors (managers) of the Economic Commission of Shanghai, Wuxi, Suzhou, Wujiang, Hangzhou, and Taicang, the township enterprises bureau, banks, and some state-owned and township enterprises. The forum discussed the reasons for the current tight liquidity of the enterprise and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for our reference.
