2014年10月29日,河南省鹤壁市中级人民法院开庭审理中国邮政储蓄银行股份有限公司(以下简称“中邮储”)原行长陶礼明(正厅级)涉嫌受贿2000多万、合伙挪用公款3.4亿元一案,2015年12月,鹤壁市中院一审宣布,数罪并罚,判处陶礼明无期徒刑。陶礼明不服,向河南省高级人民法院提起上诉。2016年6月1日,被羁押在鹤壁市看守所的陶礼明,因病去世,终年62岁。陶礼明案发,对中邮储上市影响较大。隐忍了几年之后,中邮储有望于今年上市。
