党组织,建与不建在本次调查的企业中,有党组织的占了多数,约为调查总数的70,09%。在没有党组织的企业中,有些认为自己的产业特殊(比如,有些企业是房地产企业),没必要建立党组织：有些企业准备建立,但具体时间并未确定。有些企业也出于各种原因,比如,认为党组织可以帮助企业协调各方面关系,调解内部矛盾,提高员工思想觉悟等等,正在建设党组织。
