Objectives: The purpose of this study was to describe the short-term effects of two different high-intensity intermittent exercises on posture control, reverse jerk, squat jump, and stretch-shortening cycle motions. To compare the short-term effects of the two endurance runners on these two training-related variables Change. Methods: Eighteen endurance training amateur athletes participated in the study and were tested in two situations: 10 400-m runs, 90 s for each 2-time gap; 40 100 m-ups, 30 s for each 2-time interval. Heart rate was monitored during training, and blood lactate concentration and conscious exercise intensity were recorded after exercise. Both exercises control the vertical jump ability and stretch - shorten the cycle of use. Results: Repeated measures analysis showed that reverse jump and squat jump increased significantly in 10 × 400 m training and no significant change in 40 × 100 m training. Postural control did not change significantly at 40 × 100 m training, but significant disturbances were observed at 10 × 400 m training. CONCLUSIONS: Multiple short-range training (40 × 100 m) resulted in different changes in neuromuscular parameters compared to the less long-distance training (10 × 400 m). Although 40 × 100 m training does not significantly improve the use of longitudinal jump ability, posture control or lengthen-shortening cycle, 10 × 400 m training can impair posture control and improve the longitudinal jump test results.
