用熔融挤出法制备了不同接枝率的官能团化聚丙烯(FPP),研究了FPP对改性的Al(OH)3/PP复合 材料的力学性能与断裂形态的影响、并对FPP在复合材料中作用机理进行了初步探讨.观察到随Al(OH)3 用量增加,PP的拉伸强度和弯曲强度逐渐降低,断裂伸长率明显降低.FPP加入有利于Al(OH)3/PP复合材 料力学性能改善、填料分散和增强填料与基体界面相互作用,尤其在高填料中功效更加明显.
The effects of FPP on the mechanical properties and the fracture morphology of the modified Al (OH) 3 / PP composites were studied by means of melt extrusion. The effects of FPP on the mechanical properties and fracture morphology of the modified Al (OH) 3 / Materials in the mechanism of action were discussed. It was observed that as the amount of Al (OH) 3 increased, the tensile strength and flexural strength of PP decreased gradually, and the elongation at break decreased significantly. The addition of FPP favors the improvement of the mechanical properties of Al (OH) 3 / PP composites, the dispersion of fillers and the interaction between fillers and matrixes, especially in high fillers.
