结合山区斜拉桥建设的工程实践,对斜拉桥混凝土主梁的支架系统,包括钢管立柱、纵梁、横梁及分配梁进行了设计与计算分析,主要是对各构件的轴向应力,剪切应力,弯曲应力,变形量等进行有限元计算,并对钢管稳定性进行计算,结果表明内力及变形计算值均小于材料或结构允许值。本文对现浇支架系统的应用探讨,可为今后的类似工程建设提供参考。
Combined with the engineering practice of cable-stayed bridge construction in mountain area, the design and calculation of the support system of the concrete girder of the cable-stayed bridge, including the steel pipe column, the longitudinal beam, the cross beam and the distribution beam are mainly carried out on the axial stress, Shear stress, deformation and so on were calculated by finite element method, and the stability of the steel pipe was calculated. The results show that the calculated values of internal force and deformation are less than the allowable values of materials or structures. This article discusses the application of cast-in-place support system, which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
