本文采用脑死亡后2小时或25分钟内10例成年男性(20-40岁)的新鲜的二尖瓣和腱索,用氯氨T.Antonopoulcs等的方法分别测定其生化成分和含量.结果:每100mg瓣膜组织内含羟脯氨酸为1.71±0.38毫克;氨基己糖为0.68±0.40mg.而每100mg的腱索内含羟脯氨酸为2.36±0.56mg;氨基己糖为0.84±0.41mg.腱索内与瓣膜内的羟脯氨酸的比例是1.38∶1;而氨基已糖的比例则:1.24∶1.结果表明:瓣膜和腱索是体内富含胶原和氨基已糖的组织.
In this study, fresh mitral and chordae were dissected from 10 adult men (20-40 years old) within 2 hours or 25 minutes after brain death and their biochemical composition and content were determined by the method of chloroammine T. Antonopoulcs, etc. Results: 100 mg of valve tissue contained hydroxyproline 1.71 ± 0.38 mg; hexose hexose 0.68 ± 0.40 mg, while hydroxyproline per 100 mg of tendon was 2.36 ± 0.56 mg; hexose hexose was 0.84 ± 0.41 mg .The ratio of hydroxyproline in the chordae and the valve was 1.38:1, while the ratio of aminohexose was 1.24:1.The results showed that the valve and chordae were the tissues rich in collagen and aminohexose in the body.
