应用有机溶剂萃取氯锑酸-碱性染料测定微量锑,有许多文献报道。本文选用尚未见报道过的醌亚胺类对氮蒽碱性染料-酚藏花红为显色剂,与氯锑酸络阴离子缔合的体系,探讨了萃取比色的条件,并应用于钢铁及铅合金中锑的测定。试验部分一试剂与仪器酚藏花红:0.03%溶液锑标准溶液:称取酒石酸锑钾0.2743克,用HCl(1+1)溶解并定容至100毫升,摇匀,此溶液含锑1mgml~(-1)。取溶液1毫升,加水稀释至100毫升,此溶液含锑10μg ml~(-2)(临用前配制)。 721型分光光度计(上海第三分析仪器厂),波长经镨钕滤光片校准。本试验的萃取操作均在25毫升具磨口塞的比色管中进行。
