本文以抽芯式绕丝机的控制为事例,介绍了如何用低价位的PLC实现自动化控制上的实时控制。并就如何在控制上简化步进电机的频距特性曲线,提高电机的运行性能作了说明。
In this paper, the core-pulling machine control as an example, describes how to use low-cost PLC to achieve real-time control of automation. And how to simplify the control of the stepper motor frequency distance characteristic curve and improve the performance of the motor are described.
