以攀钢和承钢提钒尾渣为研究对象,通过对尾渣成分、物相和形貌结构的分析,在结合前人研究的基础上,归纳得到了国内提钒尾渣中钒的存在价态及可能物相。通过总结近年来不同提钒尾渣(以低价钒为主的攀钢提钒尾渣和以高价钒为主的承钢提钒尾渣)再提钒技术的研究进展,将提钒尾渣再提钒的关键问题总结为“外包裹硅酸盐矿物的分解、残留钒铁尖晶石结构的破坏和尾渣中低价钒的氧化”三种控制环节的选择性强化,通过与现有尾渣再提钒技术的对比,提出了不同类型的提钒尾渣需采用不同的再提钒工艺。
