籼型两用核不育系F131S,是用安农S-1与密籼广陆矮杂交,从F_2代起采用定向单株选择法育成的。初步确认F131S属低温敏两用核不育系,是早籼早熟类型。不育期育性稳定,不育期长达80d以上,不育株率和不育度均达100%;农艺性状整齐一致,开花习性较好,异交结实率和自交结实率都较高;配合力强,配组优势明显优于三系杂交水稻,具有广阔的开发利用价值。
