随着全球化的发展,国际社会也面临各种全球性问题与挑战。在经济区域化中出现规则碎片化,一些国家试图建立具有封闭性和排他性的区域经济组织。这种以邻为壑的贸易保护主义只能拖延世界经济复苏,任何国家都无法独善其身。秉持建立创新、开放、联动和包容型世界经济的新理念,中国提出了建设“一带一路”合作倡议。这是推动全球治理体系变革、发展区域经济合作的中国智慧和方案。中国的“一带一路”建设以发展“五通”为重点,以共商、共建、共享为原则,以发展战略对接为路径。通过整合资源,优化配署,促进地区经济合作,实现共同发展与繁荣。在世界经济增长乏力、贸易保护主义抬头的背景下,“一带一路”建设开创了相互尊重、平等协商、开放包容、互惠互利、合作共赢的区域经济合作新模式。
With the development of globalization, the international community also faces various global problems and challenges. In fragmentation of the rules of economic regionalization, some countries try to establish a closed and exclusive regional economic organization. This nepotism-like trade protectionism can only delay the recovery of the world economy and no country can stand aloof from it. Adhering to the new concept of establishing an innovative, open, interdependent and inclusive world economy, China has proposed a cooperation initiative of building the Belt and Road Initiative. This is China’s wisdom and plan to promote the reform of the global governance system and the development of regional economic cooperation. Focusing on development, “five links” in China’s “One Belt, One Road” construction, taking the principle of “building business together, building together and sharing” as the path of docking development strategy. By integrating resources, optimizing deployment, promoting regional economic cooperation and achieving common development and prosperity. Against the backdrop of weaker economic growth and rising trade protectionism in the world, the “Belt and Road” initiative has created a new mode of regional economic cooperation based on mutual respect, consultation on an equal footing, inclusiveness, mutual benefits and cooperation.
