近年来,中国邮政集团公司按照国务院对邮政企业改革的总体要求和邮政行业发展规律,对邮政企业进行了深入的体制改革,相继成立了邮政储蓄银行和邮政速递物流公司,形成了三大板块分业经营的格局。为巩固和提高中国邮政的核心竞争力,三大板块必须按照“共举大旗、共享资源、共创未来”的要求,最大限度地利用好邮政的整体资源。对于邮政速递而言,整合现有邮政资源,发挥“自营+代理”的合作优势,实现专现联动,具有特别重要的现实意义。
